Case Study Service

Case studies help build trust with prospective clients by providing a detailed insight into exactly how have helped other clients with similar challenges achieve results.

Do you want strong case studies but find it awkward to ask your clients to participate? Do you hate spending the time and energy it takes to put a case study together?  I can help by providing done-for-you case studies. 

What You Get 

I conduct an interview (usually 30 minutes) with the client you’ve selected about the results you helped them achieve, the service they received, and what they value most about working with you.

You’ll receive:

  • narrative case study (typically 600-1000 words) that outlines the challenge faced, the results achieved due to your service and highlights how your solution helped achieved those results.
    • The case study will be supported by strong client testimonial quotes that you can use as stand-alone testimonials in other areas of your marketing.
  • summary of additional client feedback received that may be useful to inform improvements to your service, process and/or marketing efforts.

I handle everything for you including the scheduling, the writing, and any back and forth for edits and approval.

Price: $1,500 USD per case study or $9,000 USD for a package of 10

Full Testimonial Service 

Do you need strong testimonials from your clients for your high-value service but feel awkward asking for them? I can help with robust, effective, done-for you testimonials. 

What You Get 

I conduct an interview with the client you’ve selected about the results you helped them achieve, the service they received, and what they value most about working with you.

You’ll get:

  • written testimonial (typically between 250-400 words) based on their feedback that helps diffuse potential client objections and shows the results you’ve achieved.
  • a summary of additional client feedback received that may be useful to inform improvements to your service, process and/or marketing efforts.

I handle everything for you including the scheduling, the writing, and any back and forth for edits and approval.

Price: $600 USD per testimonial or $5,000 USD for a package of 10 testimonials

Survey Testimonial Service

Do you often put off turning the client feedback you get into testimonials and publishing them? I can help you set up a systematic way to request and collect effective feedback and then handle creating great testimonials from the responses you receive.

What You Get 

You’ll get:

  • A list of survey questions to ask your clients to uncover the results you helped them achieve, the benefits of your service, and the hesitations faced before engaging you, as well as advice on how to set up your survey and systematically ask clients to fill it out. (If you already have a survey, you’ll get recommendations for any improvements you can make)
  • Testimonials created for you from the client’s responses that will help you build trust with potential clients and diffuse objections.
  • Advice on how to deploy and use the testimonials as well as any optimizations to make to your survey to get better results

In order to help us determine the best set up for you, we’ll first go over your needs and goals. You’ll receive written recommendations on what survey questions to ask and how to set up your survey. Once you receive responses to your survey, you’ll send them to me and I’ll create a testimonial from them along with a recommendation for how to leverage the testimonial in your sales and marketing.

Personalized Testimonial Plan

Do you want effective testimonials but aren’t sure exactly the best option to gather and use them? I can help you with personalized guidance to figure out what’s the most effective way for you.

What you get

You’ll get a review and assessment of how you currently collect client feedback as well how you create and use testimonials. We’ll start with a short questionnaire and a 60-minute video call to go over your current practices for collecting and using client feedback, who your ideal client is and what their concerns are, and your current and planned sales and marketing efforts.

You’ll get a written, personalized testimonial plan with the assessment and recommendations on how to more effectively collect and use strong testimonials including how to:

  • get useful client feedback
  • construct better testimonials from the material
  • secure client approval
  • deploy the testimonials in your sales and marketing efforts

This plan will include do-it-yourself, done-for-you options, or a combination of the two (depending on your needs and budget).  These options will be designed to make it easier for you to get feedback and turn it into strong testimonials and to improve how you leverage those testimonials to build trust with your ideal clients.

Price: $400 USD
